USA shipping rates include an allowance for applicable import duties and handling charges.
Canadian customers may be responsible for additional import taxes, duties or handling fees charged on arrival.

US Customs & Import Charges
US import rules changed in August 2025 and the previous duty-free allowance for most low-value imported goods was removed.
This means even relatively small orders entering the USA may now have import duties and fees attached to them.

Mouldhaus orders are made and dispatched from London, UK.
Your order will be sent using a tracked Royal Mail international service and you'll receive the tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping to Canada 🇨🇦
Hey! Canadian makers! Yes, Mouldhaus can ship silicone moulds to Canada.
You can now purchase our moulds directly thought the Mouldhaus store. All Shipping fees are added at checkout.
Canadian import taxes and customs charges aren't included in your Mouldhaus shipping quote. If Canadian customs applies any charges when your parcel enters the country, these will be payable by you as the recipient.
Canadian Customs & Import Charges
Goods entering Canada may be assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for applicable taxes and customs duties.
If your parcel is assessed, Canada Post may collect these charges from you before or at delivery and may also apply a handling fee.
These charges are not included in your Mouldhaus invoice and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, I can't calculate the exact amount in advance because any applicable charges are determined by the Canadian authorities when your parcel enters Canada.

International shipping can get a little complicated, so Australian orders are handled personally rather than through the normal website checkout.
This means I can look at exactly what you'd like to order, work out the most cost-effective way to bundle your moulds together and give you the shipping cost before you commit to buying anything.
How it works
1. Send me an international order enquiry
Fill in the short enquiry form and let me know which moulds have caught your eye.
You don't need to work out the perfect combination or final order at this stage.
2. Let's make the most of your shipping
International postage isn't cheap, so I'll look at the moulds you're interested in and help you make the best use of your parcel.
Sometimes adding another mould or two may make very little difference to the shipping cost, so I'll let you know what options make the most sense before we finalise your order.
3. I'll calculate your shipping & import charges
Once we've worked out what you'd like, I'll calculate the packed weight and check the current Royal Mail shipping cost to Australia.
Mouldhaus does not currently collect Australian GST. If Australian customs applies any taxes, duties or other charges when your parcel enters the country, these will be payable by you as the recipient.
4. You'll receive your final quote
